**RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY**

**POLICY CONTENTS**

**APPLICABLE CONDITIONS**

1. **Dairy and Food, Diapers, and Cosmetics**

Replace with a new product or receive 100% refund within 7 days:

Applicable for defects caused by manufacturer/retailer (e.g., product damaged by bacteria or insects, damage during circulation, expired products…).
Note: Not applicable to cloth diapers.
– Requires Receipt/ Purchase Receipt.

2. **Children’s Fashion, Fashion Accessories**

Exchange within 1 month (for unused products):

Receive an e-voucher: Customers receive a voucher equivalent to 100% of the product’s value, valid for 1 month, redeemable at AVAKids. No cash conversion allowed.
Refund: 20% handling fee of invoice value.
Note: Excludes backpacks, hair accessories, mittens, socks, newborn hats, wraps, baby towels, nursing aprons, underwear, newborn liners.
– Product in original condition: with tags intact, unwashed, unaltered, no unusual odors…
– Requires Receipt/ Purchase Receipt.
– Full return of promotional items (if any). Fee applies if promotional items are lost.

3. **Children’s Watches**

3.1 12-month Warranty Commitment

Applicable only to main product, excludes accompanying accessories.
Warranty service completed within 15 days.
No second warranty for the same issue within 30 days after initial warranty.
Non-compliance results in 50% refund policy application.

– Product meets manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
– Fashion watches: movement warranty only, no coverage for straps, cases, glass.
– Eyeglass category applies to warranty for: solder cracks, peeling, spring damage, peeled decorative elements.

3.2 Refund: Applies to defective and non-defective products

First month from purchase: 20% invoice value fee.
Months 2 to 12: 10% invoice value per month.

– Exchange products must maintain 100% original shape and manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
– No scratches on watch body or screen (for watch category…).
– Full return of box, charger, accompanying accessories (if any):
+ Lost box incurs 2% invoice value fee.
+ Lost accessories incur fee (max 5% invoice value).
– Full return of all promotional items (if any). Charges apply to published rates.
– Product used only for private purposes, not business purposes.

4. **Baby Items (Strollers, Cribs, Car Seats, Breast Pumps, Bottle Sterilizers, Milk Warmers)**

4.1 1-to-1 Exchange within 30 days (applies to technical defect products):

Change the same product code purchased.
If the product is out of stock for replacement, customers receive an e-voucher equivalent to 100% of the product’s value, valid for 1 month, redeemable at AVAKids.
– Exchange products must retain 100% original shape (no scratches, cracks, breaks, dents) and manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
– Requires Receipt/ Purchase Receipt.
– Not applicable in the case of user error.
– Full return of promotional items (if any). Charges apply to published rates.
– Product used only for private purposes, not business purposes.

4.2 12-month Warranty Commitment:

Warranty service completed within 15 days. Non-compliance results in a 20% invoice value e-voucher for customers (Max = 500,000 VND).
Note: The voucher is valid for 1 month, no cash conversion, applicable when purchasing at AVAKids.
– Product meets manufacturer’s warranty conditions and timing.
– Not applicable in the case of user error.
– Requires Receipt/ Purchase Receipt.
– Regarding breast pumps: Only modem units are covered, no warranty on consumable parts/accessories.
– Regarding baby strollers: Only frame warranty, no warranty on wheels and padding/fabric due to use.
– Regarding portable cribs, car seats, cribs: Only latch warranty, no warranty on padding/fabric due to use.

5. **Toys (Remote Control Toys, Assembly Toys, Educational Toys…)**

1-to-1 Exchange within 30 days (from purchase date) for manufacturer’s technical defect products.
ONLY APPLIES TO EXCHANGE RETURNS NOT WARRANTY.

– Products with technical defects due to production process or lack of accompanying accessories/parts.
– Electrical circuits damaged, boards, peeling adhesive.
– Exchange products must remain intact (no scratches, bends, dents, complete components and product boxes). If the product has no box or accessories, only the product is exchanged.

6. **Children’s Bicycles**

6.1 6-12 Month Warranty Commitment: Only applies to the main product, not accompanying accessories.

6-month warranty: M- Toys branded bicycles.
12-month warranty: other brands.
Warranty service completed within 15 days.
No second warranty for the same issue within 30 days after initial warranty.
Non-compliance results in a 50% refund policy.

– Product meets manufacturer’s warranty conditions. (According to the fault list of the manufacturer)

6.2 Refund: Only applicable to the frame frame if the bicycle is defective, broken due to manufacturing error.

First month from the date of purchase: 20% invoice value fee.
From the 2nd to the 12th month (or 6 months for the M-Toys brand): 10% invoice value fee per month.
